Hi, I’m Teddy a 1-1 Personal Trainer and competitive bodybuilder here at Tempus Gym. I am the owner of Tshredz Training where dedication meets results. I have been a trainer for 3 years now and transformed over 100 amazing people to lose weight, shred fat and build a lasting physique they are proud of. I specialise in resistance & strength training with a key focus on physique transformation. I also coach 1-1 boxing for fitness and technique. My training offers 3 different packages ranging from 1-1 training together all the way to nutritional plans, accountability check ins, & photoshoots available for any experience level. Hi I’m Luke, one of the staff members at phase1/Tempus Gym. I’m a sports massage therapist with a degree in Sports & Exercise Science. I apply practical and theoretical research on top of my knowledge to ensure that all my clients achieve their maximal physical potential and peak health in their day to day lives. I have also experienced many injuries personally through playing rugby and the gym, and have always implemented the correct treatments and rehabilitations to come back stronger and better; this has given me further understanding of what my clients needs and wants are. Hi, I’m Justin Healy – Personal Trainer & Muay Thai fighter based in Bath. I work with everyday people who want to look better, feel stronger, and move more athletically—without having to follow extreme diets or unrealistic training plans. My 1-1 personal training focuses on building lean muscle, improving strength, and creating sustainable habits that last outside the gym too.
